FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. What is the order minimum?  We do not have a monetary minimum for orders- though our wholesale pack minimums do vary, please note on the specific web page before purchasing.
  2. Can I mix and match to meet the wholesale pack minimum.   Our wholesale packs are pre-packaged and cannot be combined to meet a pack minimum.
  3. How fast do you ship?  We usually ship within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS. Exceptions include holidays and our annual warehouse sale(s), which may lead to slightly longer processing times.
  4. Do you ship Internationally? We do ship internationally using the above mentioned methods. My Mind’s Eye does not cover any fees associated with “clearing” the product through your local import ordinances. This includes but is not limited to- duties, taxes, agent fees, import storage fees, etc.
  5. What is your shipping policy?  Do to the varying weight and dimensions of the wholesale products, My Mind’s Eye uses and exact Weight over Dimension calculation provided by the courier to access the shipping fees, and we extend that same cost to the order, as we do not mark up these rates with in house service and handling fees.
  6. How often do you re-stock and add new products?  We restock at random intervals throughout the year. To be kept in the loop become a VIP member for instant notification of restock, sneak peeks, and new products.
  7. What is your return and exchange policy for wholesale? Please inspect your package upon arrival for any damages or missing items. Returns, damages and or exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery of the goods. Unless the items are deemed defective by My Mind’s Eye, or the wrong product was sent, we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping is to be paid by the wholesale partner. Returns may also include a 15% restocking fee.
  8. What is the My Mind’s Eye Pricing Policy?   We have a pricing policy in place to protect the integrity of the brand to benefit you and My Mind’s Eye. With that being said we understand that you know your clientele best, so please adjust to reflect your specific needs, while still honoring the quality of the product.
  9. When My Mind’s Eye puts items on sale, can I, as a wholesale account participate?  Yes, when items are marked down online in our sale section, you will receive the same sale opportunity.
  10. Do you zip code protect?  We are unable to zip code protect because our line is very comprehensive, some wholesale partners don't purchase everything. It is also very difficult to zip code protect in the online based environment we are in, some wholesale accounts send goods to one location and then sell at many other locations.
  11. Can I use photos from the My Mind’s Eye website?  Yes, please do! We work hard on creating amazing photos to provide you with the abilities to convey how wonderful the products truly are.
  12. What are the My Mind’s Eye branding guidelines?  When selling online, on your website or via social media, the brand name, “My Mind’s Eye” must be listed either in the product name or description. We send all items with in My Mind’s Eye package to convey the high-end nature of the product, as well as protect it from damage. We suggest not removing from the package to maintain the integrity of the product.
  13. What are acceptable sales locations?  My Mind’s Eye is committed to maintaining the integrity of its authorized distribution channels and to stop the selling of the Products to unauthorized sellers. You are permitted to sell Products only in locations approved by My Mind’s Eye
  14. Can I sell on the Internet?  You are permitted to sell the Products on websites that you own and/or operate. Sales on or through any third-party marketplace website including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Jet, are not permitted without prior written consent from My Mind’s Eye. This provision will be strictly enforced.
